About the Furpal
Kiara is an audacious, playful and headstrong pup who has all the size and strength of her breed. Despite her stature – 30 whole kilograms of chocolate fur, and solid muscle, she's actually a real softie inside who runs away from anything bold enough to chase her (a good example of this was when she got wrecked recently by a daring little jack russel at the dogpark). Generally though, she possesses a warm and affectionate temperament, and loves meeting new friends, of both the two-legged and four-legged variety, though, fair warning, she may not always know how strong she is. While she can be testy at times, all she really wants is love and affection which she'll repay in spades. Watch out for her whip of a tail – it packs quite some heft to it, especially when she's excited to meet you. And keep a look out for her ancient breed's signature ridge of reverse-grown fur along her spine!

Owner Description: I'm an English MA student who just wants to let Kiara interact more with new people (and other dogs wherever possible). We have guests over relatively often, and the more people she interacts with, the easier it will be for her to grow accustomed to making new friends. Also, finding doggy friends her size for her to play with can be quite difficult as she can be a little too intense for some of the smaller breeds – though she means them absolutely no harm. More than likely, if she makes it onto furpal, her playdates will be split between myself and my brother, depending on who is available.
