Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, and to enable users to enjoy the Services. When you create an account we will set up a Furpal profile for you. The profile will generally contain your first name, last name, estimate location, phone number, email address, profile picture and dog details if you are a dog owner, and may include other content or information that you provide for purposes of your profile. These profiles will be made available publicly throughout the Site.
Purpose and Scope of the Policy
This policy does not extend to websites operated by third parties. Furpal is therefore not liable for their privacy policies, procedures and practices.
Furpal will not willfully or intentionally link to any website that exhibits hate, bias, or discrimination. Furpal reserves the right to deny or remove any link for any reason. We seek to protect the integrity of our Services at all times and welcome any feedback.
Personal Information Collected
A. Information that you send us We collect your personal information in several ways, including when you send a booking request for a dog through our platform, create a profile for you or your dog on our platform, obtain information on our products and services, contact us by telephone or by email, post on our social media accounts and visit our website or mobile application. Depending on the circumstances, personal information may include your name, profile picture, contact information (street address, electronic address, telephone number), payment method (credit or debit card information) and information about your dog (description, breed, age, location, characteristics, pictures and videos). B. Information provided on our Website We also collect data relating to your visit to our Furpal Website. This information may include your IP address, the date, time and duration of your visits as well as the web pages you consulted.
These cookies cannot be used to extract personal information. However, we can match the information collected by cookies with other information through Furpal OR the information collected by cookies is not related to any other data that can identify you. Disabling cookies on your browser could adversely affect your browsing experience on the Furpal Website. Use and Communication of your Personal Information We use and disclose your personal information mainly: To allow us to provide our products and services; To answer questions and information requests; For the purposes of marketing, advertising or contests; For any other purposes authorized or required by law. When we disclose your personal information to third parties, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the rules set forth in this policy are complied with.

Where we store your personal information
The data that we collect about you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Singapore, including the USA. It may also be processed by staff operating outside Singapore who work for us or for one of our service providers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. Your passwords are stored in Furpal's database in encrypted form. We do not disclose your account details, postal or email addresses to anyone except when legally required to do so. We will only hold your information for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collect it for, or for such additional time as may be required by law or any relevant regulatory body.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to any business partner, sub-contractor or supplier of Furpal for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:

- if Furpal or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.

Children Under Thirteen
Furpal does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website or our services.
