Furpal Pte. Ltd doing business under « Furpal » (hereafter referred to as “Furpal” or “furpal.co” or "the mobile app") respects your privacy. We gather important information from our users, visitors, subscribers and customers (collectively “you” or “your”), we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. The profile will generally contain your first name, last name, estimate location, phone number, email address, profile picture and dog details if you are a dog owner, and may include other content or information that you provide for purposes of your profile. These profiles will be made available publicly throughout the Site.

Information that you send us We collect your personal information in several ways, including when you send a booking request for a dog through our platform, create a profile for you or your dog on our platform, obtain information on our products and services, contact us by telephone or by email, post on our social media accounts and visit our website or mobile application. Depending on the circumstances, personal information may include your name, profile picture, contact information (street address, electronic address, telephone number), payment method (credit or debit card information) and information about your dog (description, breed, age, location, characteristics, pictures and videos). B. Information provided on our Website We also collect data relating to your visit to our Furpal Website. This information may include your IP address, the date, time and duration of your visits as well as the web pages you consulted.
Cookies
Our Website, like most other commercial websites, also uses cookies. These are files that are installed on your computer hard drive or web browser in order to collect information such as your language of preference, browsing history and browser type and version, all for the purpose of optimizing your experience on our Furpal Website.
